Montavista Project ( Magnolia, Seattle)

A multi million dollar home in a highly sought of community of Seattle.  Full renovation of over 4,000 square feet using quality materials such as mahogany for extensive millwork, clear cedar for soffits, fir, granite, marble, slate, travertine and glass mosaics.  The floor plan was reformed and the exterior was enhanced.

19th Ave. E. Project (Capitol Hill, Seattle)

This charming home is appointed with many elegant details including custom crafted wood appointments throughout. This classic 1930's home with legal ADU was thoroughly remodeled from the studs out. The architecture, floor plan & finishes are more sophisticated then one would expect from a traditional craftsman.  Elegant curves, sharp lines and detailed millwork. 

Basement Remodels
In this Greenlake home JB MAC raised the home, dug out the ground and poured concrete to increase the height of this basement floor.   It is a very sensitive process and requires a very experienced contractor to perform the work.  In this remodel they finished it with a customized media room, luxury bathroom, laundry room and office. The results were stunning and the homeowners were ecstatic with all of the new space added to their home.
